  4. those who are responsible for promoting and rewarding inclusive excellence in higher education teaching
  5. representatives of student organisations who can help promote awareness of the special role of those teaching 1st-year students

For the funding to be considered eligible each ME organiser will need to provide:

1) Proof of the actual number of participants in the activity through a declaration signed by the organiser and specifying the name of the participant and the name and address of the organisation they represent

2) Detailed agenda and any documents used or distributed at the ME

3) A brief description of the ME, incl. mention of the project results covered, the leading and participating organisations, the venue of the meeting and the numbers of local and international participants
