1. New fob system to provide remote assignment for admins

No onsite assignment required!

Hours of Operation

5:00am - 7:00am - Adult Lap Swimming

7:00am - 9:00am - Morning Fob Hours

9:00am - 9:00pm - Monitor On Duty

9:00pm - 10:00pm - Evening Fob Hours

• If you are in the pool at 9pm you can stay until 10pm 
• If you are the last one to leave the pool at night, please make sure the outer bathroom doors are securely closed behind you.

Monitor hours will not follow this schedule until the HS kids are done with school in June.

*We have cameras monitoring the pool deck at all times*

Age Requirements

1. All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult or sitter.
2. Member children 13 and up can be unsupervised by may not bring outside guests to the pool.
3. Member children 16 and up can brings outside guests to the pool.
4. Sitter or supervisor age requirement is 16 years old.

Example: If your 15 year old may be at the pool unsupervised, but may not supervise younger siblings who are under 13 and may not bring in non-member guests.

Guest Passes

1. 1 Guest Pass = 10 Guest Entries
2. First time members will receive 1 free guest pass
3. Returning members must purchase additional guest passes
4. Maximum number of guests per family on any one visit is 6
5. Additional Guest passes (10 entries) are available at $25 each ($15 up until early bird deadline 4/11)
1. Unused passes will be carried over to the following year
6. Guest passes are NOT intended to continually be used for Westbridge residents
7. Passes can be left at the pool for safe keeping if desired

Babysitters

1. Required sitter age is 16
2. $25 fee for first sitter, $5 per additional sitter
3. If “Babysitter” is a grandparent, one pass is acceptable for both grandparents
4. Sitters are Responsible for the conduct and safety of children in their care
5. Sitters are not allowed to sponsor additional guests
6. If a babysitter is at the pool, without responsibility for children, they are considered a guest and will need a guest pass
7. Need to complete the insurance indemnity form
8. Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult or sitter

Key Fobs

1. We are working to implement a new key fob system for ease of use and fob assignment / administration.
2. Gates at the pool are always locked so we encourage you to always bring your fob.
3. Key fobs will be reactivated again this year prior to the pool opening.
4. New members will get a single key fob, additional key fobs may be purchased for a $10 fee.

Pool Rules Refresher

1. Always shower before entering the pool
2. Swim diapers are required for small children who are not toilet trained.
3. There will be a $20 day pass available for families who are new to the neighborhood or planning to move to the neighborhood and who wish to experience the pool first hand.
4. We are remaining CASHLESS in 2026.
1. We will only accept credit card or check at the pool this year
5. Swimmers must be Members or an invited guest of a member. Guest passes are NOT intended to continually be used for Westbridge Residents

Pool Rules Refresher (cont.)

1. Always sign in upon arrival
2. No smoking
3. No food or drinks within 6’ (feet) of the pool
4. Chewing gum is not allowed in the pool or on the deck
5. Please clean up after yourself
6. No glass containers
7. No hanging on basketball rims
8. Be aware of our neighbors and keep the noise at an acceptable level
