Becoming Indomable is a proprietary coaching methodology for CEOs/founders who want to master their minds so they can take on their next big challenge. It blends neuroscience, mindset coaching, and systemic leadership principles.
“Indomable” is a Spanish word that loosely translates to “untameable” or “impossible to domesticate”. It is a term coined by Virginia Lacayo to describe a state of consciousness essential for leaders who are called to create purposeful, significant and sustainable change within their organizations, industries and society.

Coaching Structure
Becoming Indomable is a one-year coaching journey that begins with an intense and foundational 2-day immersive in Austin, TX (or at the client’s location). In this immersive, we will be focusing on your vision and brand as a leader and laying the groundwork for developing Indomable skills.
After the two-day immersive, we will meet every two weeks for deep coaching sessions to focus on developing each of one the Indomable skills. In each session, we will use a current challenge, problem, idea or issue as a practical backdrop. In addition, we will check in with the success indicators we established in the immersive. .
In between sessions, you will have “speed dial” access via text or email for any urgent matters.

Fee Structure
Becoming Indomable is a two-year coaching agreement with a fee of $75,000 that can be paid quarterly in advance. A coaching agreement will be provided for signature.
To ensure a premium experience and full accessibility for her clients, Virginia coaches a maximum of five private clients per year.
A portion of your fee is used to sponsor a coaching program for women activists in Latin America fighting for human rights and social justice.
Driven by the belief that is easy to colonize an unchallenged mind, Virginia Lacayo, Ph.D. is co-founder and CEO of Massive, a coaching practice that guides and equips business leaders called to use their status and power to take on systemic change. Dr. Lacayo is a certified mindset coach, a thought leader in the field of communication for social/organizational change, a complexity scientist, and a systemic leadership expert.
Virginia is a committed social entrepreneur and feminist activist. She mentors women activists fighting for social justice throughout Latin America. Virginia hosts the popular Spanish-language podcast, “Indomable” and also serves as President of FCAM, a feminist organization supporting women’s rights in Central America.
Dr. Lacayo holds dual citizenship from Nicaragua and France and currently resides in Austin, Texas. Since earning her doctorate in Communication for Development from the University of Ohio, Virginia’s rich and diverse background stretches across four continents and includes consulting, facilitating, serving as a faculty member, working for the UN, and producing a successful television show. Outside of her work, Virginia enjoys spending time with her son, and her partner and believes deeply in the transformational power of coaching, music, friendship, and laughter.
