The Personas Are…

High Level

These personas represent the 4 high level user groups at LAZ.

Each group contains numerous subgroups that we hope to represent with personas in the future.

A neutral name & illustration is used for each to help avoid unintentional reinforcement of bias about demographics of our users that don’t affect their product use.

These personas capture challenges, goals, and product use at this point in time.

Over time, shifts in education, our user base, and our products will occur, resulting in a need to update these personas.
