  • Cómo se construye una WBS (Ejercicio).
  • Planificación de la Calidad. RRHH. Plan de Comunicación. Planificación de Compras y Adquisiciones. Gestión de Riesgos.
  • Ejecución del Proyecto. Monitoreo y Control del Proyecto. Problemas en la Etapa de Cierre.
