To complete a stone castle there needed to be many people like:

Masons,Carpenters,Blacksmiths, and Apprentices.

Back then they had poor table manners because they would spit on the floor, eat with their fingers, drink from the same cup, and let animals poop on the ground.

The lord and lady had a wooden bed and bathtub that they often took with them when visiting another castle.

The castle is everything because the king lives there and all of his possessions had to be kept there to be safe from his enemies.

The End of the Middle Ages

The age of castles lasted nearly 500 years. But then people stopped wanting to live in castles. They stopped living in castles because they were dark, dirty, and drafty. Cannons could fire heavy metal balls. Even the strongest castles could not stand against the balls.
