One of the mystical places I would visit is Easter Island.
On the island, there are stone sculptures - moai. Unknown how they might appear on a lost island in the ocean with poor vegetation and the "wild" populations. Who processed them, brought to shore, put on a specially made pedestals and crowned with heavy hats?
The inhabitants of Easter Island believe that the moai protect their land and themselves from evil spirits.
Another mystery - Simple calculations show that for hundreds of years, the small population could not be carved, transported and installed in even half of the existing statues. Easter Island still keeps many secrets, that's why I want to go there.

the lost city of the Incas." Some archaeologists believe that this town was established as a sacred mountain cabin great Inca ruler Pachacutec a century before the conquest of his empire, that is, about 1440, and operated until 1532, when the Spaniards invaded the Inca Empire. In 1532 all the inhabitants mysteriously disappeared. Machu Picchu has a very clear structure. In the south-east of the palace buildings complex guessed. The stones of which they are composed, carefully handled so that it's safe to say they do not build those masters who have laid down the rest of the building. Perhaps they were used as dwellings dignitaries and nobles.
In the west of the main temple rises from the altar of sacrifice. Opposite him a residential area, densely built two-story houses. Between them, as in the maze, twisted narrow streets and staircases, often leading to a dead end or a terrace hanging over the abyss. Machu Picchu is a very interesting and beautiful place I want to visit it.
Machu Picchu is often referred to as the "city in the sky" or "city in the clouds", sometimes called "

Socotra
Socotra is an archipelago of four islands in the Indian Ocean off the horn of Africa. Among the four islands, Socotra is the largest, occupying 95% of the land mass of the archipelago. Why is this island so mysterious? Because, if you set foot here, it may easily remind you of an alien planet from a science fiction movie. One third of the flora and fauna you find here are unique to this island and found nowhere else in the world, such as the umbrella-shaped “blood tree” and certain types of birds as well as cats. Cucumber tree and the typical dragon’s blood tree sap and blood-red liquid is one sample. Socotra saved prehistoric animal and plant species. The islands of Socotra have the world value thanks to the evolutionary uniqueness. Locals speak unique preliterate language to Socotra

Arthurian legend
According to Geoffrey, the rocks of Stonehenge were healing rocks, called the Giant's dance, which Giants had brought from Africa to Ireland for their healing properties. The fifth-century king Aurelius Ambrosius wished to erect a memorial to 3,000 nobles slain in battle against the Saxons and buried at Salisbury, and at Merlin's advice chose Stonehenge. The king sent Merlin, Uther Pendragon, and 15,000 knights, to remove it from Ireland, where it had been constructed on Mount Killaraus by the Giants. They slew 7,000 Irish but, as the knights tried to move the rocks with ropes and force, they failed. Then Merlin, using "gear" and skill, easily dismantled the stones and sent them over to Britain, where Stonehenge was dedicated. After it had been rebuilt near Amesbury, Geoffrey further narrates how first Ambrosius Aurelianus, then Uther Pendragon, and finally Constantine III, were buried inside the "Giants' Ring of Stonehenge".

Great Wall of China
The Great Wall of China is a series of fortifications made of stone, brick, tamped earth, wood, and other materials, generally built along an east-to-west line across the historical northern borders of China in part to protect the Chinese Empire or its prototypical states against intrusions by various nomadic groups or military incursions by various warlike peoples or forces. Several walls were being built as early as the 7th century BC; these, later joined together and made bigger, stronger, and unified are now collectively referred to as the Great Wall. Especially famous is the wall built between 220–206 BC by the first Emperor of China, QinShi Huang. Little of that wall remains. Since then, the Great Wall has on and off been rebuilt, maintained, and enhanced; the majority of the existing wall was reconstructed during the Ming Dynasty.
Other purposes of the Great Wall have included border controls, allowing the imposition of duties on goods transported along the Silk Road, regulation or encouragement of trade and the control of immigration and emigration. Furthermore, the defensive characteristics of the Great Wall were enhanced by the construction of watch towers, troop barracks, garrison stations, signaling capabilities through the means of smoke or fire, and the fact that the path of the Great Wall also served as a transportation corridor

Cleopatra's Island
Cleopatra's Island (Sedir) – a magic place in Turkey which is located in Gekov's gulf of the Aegean Sea. In far times there was a magnificent city of Kedrai but till our time its ruins remained only. There is a legend that queen Cleopatra bathed here 2 thousand years ago. Mark Antony presented the island of his beloved but she didn't like sand on beaches of this island and special sand was delivered here from Egypt. Sand is unique on structure, grains of sand remind small pearls. The legend can be trusted or not, but such sand exists still only in one place on the earth - in Africa. In ancient times the great commander decided that the beauty of local places is worthy queens of Egypt. Mark Antony wasn't mistaken: last centuries didn't change tremendous landscapes of the cozy island.
