Application Requirements

Co-Leader

Someone who will assist you in planning and running the club
Can be there if you are absent

Advisor

MEA Staﬀ member that is able to oversee your club meetings and provide mentorship
Diversify and match your club to that staﬀ member
Describe in detail your vision for your club
Agree on location/time. Default is lunchtime in the the Auditorium until approved by advisor and ASB

A workshop is short term and typically a student/parent sharing a skill/interest. This typically takes a bit of preparation.�ex: Cooking Workshop, Tennis Clinic

Meetup

A meetup is a group that gets together for a shared interest. There is still some planning involved, but it's less formal.

ex: Improv, Quest Club

If you cannot make a meeting, your co-leader should be there.
You cannot cancel or move meetings without prior approval
No-shows and non-follow up will result in consequences
