• Pierce County Skills Center is a Career and Technical HS serving juniors and seniors
• In partnership with 27 area high schools (10 school districts); PCSC offers 14 preparatory programs of study
• Students attend both their home high school and PCSC
• Steilacoom students attend PCSC’s PM session - 11:15-1:45
• Transportation to and from the skills center is provided by the sending High School – Student drivers may drive themselves and park on campus

• NO COST to attend the skills center
• Program fees do apply
• Program fees range from $10 - $75
• Exception – Cosmetology Kit $1800 (estimated)
• Financial assistance and/or payment plans are available
• Students are never turned away for the inability to pay

• Students can earn *7-20+ credits per year
• Opportunity for students to get a jumpstart on post-secondary education.

• Applications go live February 23 @ 8:00 AM
• Go to www.pcskillscenter.org & select “Enroll Now”
• Applications received between 2/23 & 3/2 will be processed in randomized order
• Applications received after 3/2 will be processed in the order received
• Submission of an applications does not mean a student has been accepted
• Applications still require approval from high school counselors

Summer School @ PCSC�Registration opens May 1st�

• Open to incoming 9^th – 12^th graders
• Two Sessions of full day programs
• Session 1 – June 26^th to July 14^th
• Session 2 – July 17^th to August 3^rd
• No cost to attend
• Multiple satellite locations offer a variety of programs
• Transportation not guaranteed – check with your district
• Students can earn .5 credits/session
