Roland enjoys helping people find their way forward in both personal and professional issues. Having worked in Indonesia for 20 years and conducted training in 16 countries, Roland brings an intercultural perspective to his coaching. Beyond the CRM certification, he has taken additional training in Strengths coaching, Spiritual Development coaching, and Right Brain coaching

Training has been a big part of Roland’s adult life. He has developed training in Dialogue Education, Handling Conflicts and Relational Skills. He has also taught The Coaching Workshop for Christian Leaders, and Parenting with a Coach Approach.

Roland has been married to Jean for 53 years. They have two daughters and four grandchildren. Roland has a BA in Bible, an MA in linguistics and a Ph.D. in sociolinguistics from UCLA.
