By God’s grace, you will grow as a trainer-of-trainers as we address these 3 questions…

• How do we select the right people?
• What skills/competencies do they need?
• How do we help develop them as trainers?

HOW DO WE SELECT THE RIGHT PEOPLE?

• Those who get it
• Those who want it
• Those who have the capacity
• Those who have influence

WHAT SKILLS/COMPETENCIES DO THEY NEED? �

• Rightly handling the Word
• Facilitation skills
• Ability to ask powerful questions

HOW DO WE HELP DEVELOP THEM AS TRAINERS?

1 Thessalonians 2:5-12

A simple process:

• I do, you watch
• We do together
• You do, I watch
• I leave, you do

HOW DO WE HELP DEVELOP THEM AS TRAINERS?

Other thoughts:

• Move at the speed of relationships & learning
• Invite them in, as full partners
• Send them out, empowered
• Keep casting vision & clarifying expectations
