Families,
In Social Studies we have been learning about different family events and stories in our own lives as well as the representation of time and space of these significant events.
Students will now be making a timeline of significant events in their lives. We will be working on this project at school, but in order to do so, we need your help.
Please sit with your child and discuss five events in their life that they find important. This could be things like the arrival of a new sibling, starting pre-school or kindergarten, etc. It will help if the year dates are all different.
If you can, please provide one photo for each of these events (including the year) – 5 photos total. You can send the photos to me, and I will print them at the school for your child to assemble their timeline. You can send the photos though Seesaw or by email to email@email.com.
Please send the photos no later than
March 29, 2021.
Students will be sharing their timelines with the class and this will also be their Show & Tell item for April.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Yours in Education,
Ms. Teacher
