  • Parkland High School believes that co-curricular and athletic activities are an integral part of our culture
  • After School bus runs are available to enable students to get involved
  • PHS currently offers 24 Varsity sports, 35 sub varsity, and 13 middle school teams for students to participate
  • Annually compete for District XI and League Championships
  • Last year- Eight EPC Season Championships, eight District XI championships, one PIAA State Championship Runner-up, and one PIAA State Championship.

Progressive Discipline Policy

  • Verbal / Written Warnings/ Phone calls
  • Parent Meetings
  • Lunch Detention Periods 4, 5, 6, or 7
  • After School Detention 3:00-4:20 pm (always a pm activity bus on detention days)
  • Saturday Detention 8-11am (not every Saturday)
  • In-School Suspension
  • Out-of-School Suspension
  • Referral to Superintendent for possible Expulsion
  • Parents will be contacted by mail for any offense resulting in detention and by phone for any suspension.
