Graduation Timeline

• Graduation practice
• No Graduation practice at Desert Diamond Arena
• All students report to the stadium no later than 9:00 a.m.
• Student drop off will be located in Lot “G” Gate 7
• Ceremony begins promptly at 10:00 a.m. (approx. 1 hour).

Graduation Parking Lot (G) Parents

• Only students will be permitted to enter

Gate 7

• Individuals will need to arrive by 9:00 a.m.
• Students will enter Gate 7
• Parents enter Gate 4
• Parking Lot “G”

Student Dress Code

​

Students

shirt, tie, dress slacks, dress, blouse, khakis, dress shoes & sandals ( no athletic shoes, flip flops )

Do not decorate your cap

Students dressed inappropriately will be sent home they will not be permitted to walk.

Graduate Check (Gate 7)� Graduates only

• Graduates enter @ Gate 7
• Metal detectors used at arena

if found, you will need to locate parent and give to them

• No electronic devices (phones, cameras, beach balls, horns, flowers, etc. Items will be confiscated and returned after ceremony.
• Graduates will not have their caps/gowns on during this check in
• Throw away any trash, etc.
• Students will be directed to the lower level for line-up

1. Colored cards with your names on them will be placed on a table in alphabetical order.
2. These will state where you will be seated on the graduation floor.
3. Please pickup the card and go to assigned hallway where you will stand in line

Picture Card

Graduates �

• Line up with other graduates in hallways
• Graduates will be lined up alphabetically by color in rows 1-15. One side will be “Willow” and the other “Canyon” you will have a numbered seat
• Teachers will lead you onto the graduation floor ( follow your teacher)
• Counselor will stand the row when going up to receive diploma
• Upon return to row the 1st person will go all the way to end of row your lead teacher will now be seated in the middle to lead you out at the end of the ceremony ( follow your teacher)
• When you walk into your row you will turn and face parents in audience
• Mr. Luedemann will instruct you to turn and face the stage when everyone has entered
