1 tsp cream of tartar

1 tbsp of oil

1 cup of water

Colouring as desired

Method:

Put all ingredients into a pot
Cook over a low heat
Stir until it becomes solid
Cool
Bag

SCONES�3 cups flour

6 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

75gm butter

1 ½ cups milk

Method:

Put flour, baking powder & salt into a bowl
Rub in butter until it looks like bread crumbs
Knead
Cut into pieces
Put on a tray lightly dusted with flour
Brush with milk
Bake for 10 minutes
Add jam & butter
Enjoy
