Assembly steps

1.Install foot pads

Remove the protective film of the curing box host section, Stand up the host section of the curing box, and fix the foot pad with 4 M4×16 screws.

2.Place the curing box host section on a level table.

3.Find the left panel, remove the protective film, connect the cable of the LED light first, then align the screw holes and fix it with 2 M4×8 screws.

Don't overtighten the screws for now

4. Find the right panel, remove the protective film, connect the cable of the LED light first, then align the screw holes and fix it with 2 M4×8 screws.

5. Find the back panel, remove the protective film, align the screw holes, and fix it with 4 M4×8 screws.

Once done, tighten all the screws (including the fixing screws for the left and right panels).

6. Install the upper and lower brackets of the front door, fix the upper bracket with 2 M4×8 screws, and fix the lower bracket with 4 M4×8 screws, pay attention to the direction.

7. Find the top panel, remove the protective film, align the screw holes, and fix it with 8 M4×20 screws.

8. Find the front door panel, remove the protective film, align the hinge with the screw holes, and fix it with 4 M5×10 screws.

9. Install the turntable

Take out the turntable, align the middle hole and place the turntable.

Test

Connect the power supply, start the machine

Control panel introduction

A: Display the actual run-time value when working(The default setting is 400s)

B: Short press the setting time to decrease by 1, long-press the setting time to decrease all the time, and the minimum can be set to 0.

C: Short press to cutover start and stop

D: Short press the setting time to increase 1, and long-press the setting time to increase all the time, the maximum can be set to 999.

Test�

After clicking the start (red button), the LED light will light up, the turntable will start to rotate, and the set time will start to count down.

Note: Please close the front door before testing, otherwise wear goggles.
