Forgotten Password

We use Rapid Identity to manage user credentials, so if your student forgets their username or password, follow the steps below. In order to do this, your child will have had to set up their Security Questions. If that has not been done, you will need to complete a Service Request Ticket or reach out to your child’s teacher.

First, open the Rapid Identity App which looks like this . The app will redirect to Safari. Then follow the steps in this Slide Deck.

When you forget your password, click Need help?

Select Forgot My Password.

Enter your school username and click Next.

The student username is your last name and first three letters of your first name OR the user section of your school email ________@stu.eaglepnt.k12.or.us.

One of your security questions will be posted. Answer the question and click Next.

Enter your new password and verify that it matches. Make sure that you follow the password requirements. Click Next.
