Week of November 10 – November 14, 2025

Nov. 11 – Gather and Grow at Hollis for parents 8:30 – 10 a.m.

Nov. 13 – Hollis Skate Night at Skateland USA 6 to 8 p.m.

Reading: Informational texts review identifying topic and key details.

​

Writing: Informational text drafting and writing continued.

​

Math: Review of 2D shapes and positional words in preparation for test this week.

​

Science/Social Studies: Conscious Discipline review of the word assertiveness.

​

Continue to review Most Common Words: the, are, as, with, his, of, and, a, to in, is, you, that, he, was, for, on

​

​

• Free breakfast in the cafeteria from 7:00 – 7:30.
• Please send in clothes for the Fall season. Once we have these clothes, we will send home the summer change of clothes.
• Wear tennis shoes and shorts or pants on P.E. days.
• Ice Cream: $1.00
• Please check your child’s blue folder daily.

13 de noviembre – Noche de patinaje en Hollis, en Skateland USA (18:00 - 20:00 h)

La excursión fue muy divertida tanto para los alumnos como para los profesores. ¡Todos lo pasaron genial!
