Annual Fund - Reminders

  • Only direct donations made during Spring Renewal count toward the Annual Fund Goal.
  • On My Honor Society donations ($19.12/month) count year-round.
  • Second Century Circle donations ($1,000+) count year-round.

Annual Fund Incentive

As an added incentive, the service unit will be raffling off a PIZZA PARTY for any troop who donates to the Annual Fund during the month of April. To qualify, your troop must donate an average of $8 per girl during the month of April. Example: Troop 17097 has 12 girls in troop so if they donate at least $96 in April, they will be entered into drawing.

Troop Finance Report / Statement

  • Troop leaders are required to submit a Troop Finance Report Form to girls’ parents/guardians two times a year.
  • Submit your financial statement to Council by June 1st via the VTK > Finance tab
  • Troop leaders are required to submit the following to their Service Unit Director by June 15 annually:
    • A Troop Finance Report Form
    • A copy of the troop’s most recent bank statement (acct balance should match what is on your report)
    • A detailed plan of how existing funds will be used ($100 per girl can be carried over to the next year without detailed explanation)

Cookie Rewards

  • Latest Update: Rewards are *scheduled* to ship end of April.
  • Rewards are arriving from multiple vendors and each shipment must be counted/confirmed.
  • When all rewards have arrived and been counted, a signup for pickup will be sent out or pickup available at the May SU meeting if practical.
  • Some items will be shipped directly to girls: Dough Getters & S4M certificates, some electronics
  • Cookie Dough will arrive by email.
