Eligible Teaching groups in the initial round of the application.
1. What teachers will be eligible to participate in Phase I of the application? (others to come later)
Proposing: Early Childhood Teachers PK-4 + STAAR Tested Teachers
2. What Tool will be used to measure Student Growth?
Proposing: Pre and Post Test
3. How the Payout for a designated teacher will be distributed?
Proposing: 65% for the Designated Teacher + 25% for other supporting staff + 10% District use
4. Will the distribution of funds be TRS Eligible or Not?
Proposing: TRS Eligible Funds (Part of salary for retirement/follows teacher)
