-- The Pedestrian Overcrossing will connect from E. San Carlos Ave, cross 101, and parallel Skyway Road. It is a 10 ft wide combined bike and pedestrian facility, designed as two lanes.

Note: Per the city, the current 4 cloverleaf loops -- (two on-ramps and two off-ramps) causes weaving along the interchange that is not safe and contributes to congestion. Having only two on-ramps and signalized off-ramps will reduce lane changes (weaving) and facilitate smoother traffic flow and safer conditions.
