How Can We Stop Bullying?

Encourage people to be themselves rather than all the same.

Become okay with changing your mind, apologising and forgiving others.

Be the person who changes someone else’s day by saying “Hey, do you want to play with us?”

Spend time with people who make you feel good about yourself most of the time.

When you’re feeling angry or upset, take some time to cool off and take deep breaths.
