Headway online feedback: Strengths

One of the most recognized courses worldwide

Visually appealing contents

Detailed teacher’s guides (easily adapted to existing educational goals and curricula)

Clear structure allowing both students and teachers to follow their goals

Regular content updates

Plenty of online extra materials, including great interactive exercises and downloadable resources to be used with each level (e.g. Student’s Site)

Materials used in the course e.g. reading comprehension texts, listening parts are authentic and relevant

Grammar parts and materials are well organised and presented, extra practice on grammar

Headway online feedback: Weaknesses

Main focus of the course is on grammar and reading skills

Lack of face-to-face communicative tasks

Learners’ progress could be traced more regularly and easily (Student’s Portfolio, Unit Progress tests)

Tasks in grammar and reading section could be more diverse
