Belt Clamp
Tighten belt here by twisting overhanging belt against the belt clamp with Flathead Pliers.
Ensure belt is tight against the stepper motor pulley and idler.
Pull with pliers and twist pliers so metal of pliers is against the belt clamp. This holds belt clamp against carriage piece while tensioning the belt.
