Moving forward as a STAT committee we need to continue to do the following for our Tier 2A , Tier 3 , and potential CRC candidates:

Tier A

  • Implement Tier 2A intervention plans
  • Document implementation of Tier 2A intervention plans by progress measuring either weekly or biweekly depending on your students intervention plans.
  • Submit RTI documentation folder with fidelity

Tier 3

  • Make sure Tier 3 students are on their computer programs(TTM, I-station, etc) 4 days a week 30 minutes
  • Discuss with the interventionist how are the students progressing in interventions

Potential CRC candidates:

  • Documented conference(please use the parent conference sheet) with the parent to discuss the concerns we stated in STAT
  • The intervention plan
  • The progress or decline of the intervention plan
  • Parents can also complete the “parent input” document(located in the hallway by the workroom)

*Conferencing with the parent is very important because we do not want any parent to feel” blindsided “.
