Raise School Connectedness as measured by the annual Panorama survey by 2% each year at Elementary (currently 77%) and 4% at Secondary (currently 51%) by targeting students who remain uninvolved in any other extracurricular activity.

Esports participants attended school for 7.34 more days on average than non-participants in 2022-2023.
Remember this covers 627 students. We are approaching 1,800 participating in Esports, so the number can be extrapolated to ~$1,000,000 captured.

A statistical model, controlling for various demographics including prior attendance rates, demonstrated that Esports participants had a 19.3% lower absent rate than non-participants.

In 2022-23, participants were suspended less often than in 2021-22 (41% less average days of suspension), as compared to their non-Esports peers, who had a 9.6% increase in the average days of suspension.
