  • What do they do?
  • Develop opportunities for workers to grow within the company.
  • Promote communication between managers and employees
  • Organizing new hire orientation and onboarding procedures

  • How are they going to do it?
  • They will provide events for staff to be recognized.
  • The Employee of the month will be chosen and voted on by peers at a staff party and the winner will get a prize.
