“The percentage of people that invest in Pakistan is negligible, owing to a number of factors including low financial literacy in the masses.

Getting into investment can be tricky business and diving into it headfirst as a layman is a recipe for loss.

This deters potential investors. There is a huge gap between the world of investment and the masses.”

Problem Statement

4 of 11

  • Investment requires time, research, effort and most importantly MONEY. Something the average joe does not have in Pakistan.
  • There are also a ton of legal hurdles in the way like warranties, contracts, licenses/permits and regulatory compliance.

Proposed Solution

  • We propose an online web platform where you decide where you want to invest and how much.
  • All the intricacies are handled by our financial experts, and you get a ROI in a range specified to you.

Solution (1/2)

Micro vs Macro Investing

  • As far as the money problem is concerned, our system allows multiple users to pitch-in on investment projects like e.g., it is hard for 1 user to buy a PIB but what if you could pay 10% of the money along with other investors.
  • Once the project target is met, the PIB is bought by us.
  • The overall ROI is divided among each investor, and we take a small cut for our troubles. No need for brokerage accounts and legal troubles!

Team Strategy

Motivation:

  • A platform that allows just about anyone to safely invest their money.
  • With this in mind, we produced a solution that allows users to pool in investments.
  • With our platform, someone with as little capital as 10,000 PKR can invest!

Project Pipeline:

  • Starting with the project requirements and building the ERD, we then designed our UI on Figma.
  • The backend was made in parallel with the UI/UX to keep the whole process going.
  • The final step was to develop and integrate the front end.
