OBJECTIVE

  • To implement Archipelago’s standard of greeting to all Archipelago International properties.
  • To extend the standard greeting to both guests and colleagues.

We greet the guest with ‘The Sanskrit - Namaste’ gesture by standing upright, hands pressed together, palms touching and fingers pointing upwards, thumbs close to the chest

  • We always greet the guest by name with a friendly smile & eye contact
  • We offer assistance without being asked
  • We always recognize our loyal guest

  • We use the guests name when known.
