Identify new items for Shared Print retention commitments:

Items that circulate heavily via ILL may be good candidates

Examine the “health” of your Shared Print program:

If you are not supplying items with retention commitments, look at the “reasons for no”

Missing, Not on Shelf, Not Owned, Poor Condition - need a new copy

For a retained title, is ILL activity across the group equal?
For retained titles, is ILL demand different in vs. out of the group?
