Cut pocket holes on top pieces

  • Use Kreg machine to cut pocket holes on the underside. Make sure the best side is up.

Step 2: Build the Top

  • You need an Impact driver, 6” square bit, and 1 ¼” pocket screws.

Cut Pocket hole on base parts

  • Use Kreg machine to cut pocket holes on the inside of the legs and aprons. Make sure the best side will face out.

Cut Pocket holes on legs

  • Two on one end of each leg.
  • Double check to make sure all 4 legs are exactly the same length.

Step 3: Build the Base

  • Use one 13” side apron to connect two legs.
  • Use 2” Blue pocket screws for strength.

  •  Set the side aprons down 1” from the top.

Add front and back aprons to base.

  • Cut two pocket holes on each end of the 17” front and back aprons.
  • Set the aprons 1” down from the top of the legs.
  • Use 1 ¼” pocket screws for strength.

  • Check your table for square. Measure diagonally from corner to corner. Shift the table a little until they match.

Assemble top to base.

  • Use the Blue 1 ¼ ” pocket screws
  • Check for a ½” overhang on all sides.

Finish sand table.

  • Start with 120 grit.
  • Be sure to check every surface and edge.
