Step 1- Donation

data on all of the devices donated is wiped clean to the highest industry standards or physically destroyed onsite.
Step 3- Recycle or Refurb?
where approximately 30% of it is moved to our reuse department to be turned into useable technology and the remaining 70% is moved to the next stage of recycling.

How can we ensure that the community member always has accessibility to ask questions and to continue to seek digital navigation help?
We cannot be Free Geek and achieve our North Star without every single department at Free Geek.
