Available May 3:

  • My AmeriCorps Exit Form: complete brief form to update contact information in AmeriCorps national portal. (~10 mins)
  • AmeriCorps Term End Survey: complete short survey reflecting on experience as a Relay AmeriCorps member. (~10-15 mins)
  • AmeriCorps End of year Evaluation: review and e-sign evaluation via DocuSign. (~5 mins)

Available May 7, due May 19 (Texas Students Only):

  • AmeriCorps Texas Member Experience Survey 2021: link will be included in the May edition of the AmeriCorps Newsletter email (~10 mins)

AmeriCorps Closeout

Headline: All required closeout items must be completed by May 28, 2021. Failure to complete required items will postpone access to Education Award (if eligible).

  • The AmeriCorps Team will send you a confirmation email after all your closeout items are complete and we process your exit in the My AmeriCorps Portal
  • If you were eligible to earn a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award, it will be immediately available in your My AmeriCorps Portal once you receive the confirmation email
  • Follow the steps in this Support Center article to release your award to Relay if you want to use it to pay your deferred tuition
  • The Education Award will not automatically transfer to Relay — you must take the steps in the above article to release your award
