-is using moderate vacuum (~1atm).

-can be used to form thin layer of plastic.

-high impact polystyrene sheeting (HIPS), ABS, HDPE

-Snap back forming, plug asist forming, pressure and vacuum molding

-The materials is pre-expanded before vacuum to fit the shape.
