Exit activity

  • On a scale of 1-3 (1 is not important, 2 is important and 3 is very important), how important do you think it is to align the core tasks of a job to your personality?
  • Did the level of importance change since completing the Xello lesson? If so, how?

Example:

I used to think aligning core tasks of a job to my personality was (not important, important, very important).

Now I think aligning core tasks of a job to my personality is (not important, important, very important).

  • If your thinking changed, what do you think caused this?
