New Format of monthly meetings

These monthly meetings will feature a new format:

— 5 min: Welcome and communications from the WP leaders

— 15 + 15 min: two long presentations contributed by selected speakers

— 20 min: round table of updates

— 5 min: final remarks from WP leaders

have to answer the following three questions:

1. — What’s the main result you have accomplished during last month?

2. — Which KPI(s) have you fulfilled so far?

3. — What’s the main (not yet solved) issue you are facing?

and check what written in the minutes

Each presentation has to focus on the methodology of the work and on the main technical aspects of the ongoing work. Besides, the speaker has to frame their work in terms of planned KPIs and address whether they are on schedule.

  • Key Science Project: DEADLINE for make your proposal was expired Dec 7 : if you miss this deadline please submit NOW a request via https://pica.cineca.it/icsc/richiesta-risorse-e-servizi/ there will be a review phase within spoke and CINECA -> you will be the "beta tester" of the procedure

  • for middle projects: from ~January submit a request via https://pica.cineca.it/icsc/richiesta-risorse-e-servizi/ there will be a review phase within spoke and CINECA, review/assignment will be done every one-two months

  • for small project or test: it is under development an internal procedure to assign directly small resources for testing and small project with put the review phase. To Be Defined.
