FAQ’s

  • An author at my institution is a society member and is eligible for a discount on the APC. How does this affect the subsidy payment?
  • The membership discount will be applied in addition to the subsidy payment so the author should therefore see two reductions against the total APC
  • An author publishing in a hybrid journal made a mistake when selecting their payment route. Can they change this?
  • If payment hasn’t been made then we can help. Please contact jnls.author.support@oup.com for further assistance
  • An author at my institution is being presented with a different workflow. Who should we contact?
  • Please get in touch with us at jnls.author.support@oup.com
