Exercise Card Connect Game

→ Everyone must grab a card with an exercise/stretch they feel they can perform→ Once cards are picked everyone begin walking around the room & listen to instructions→ Be sure to know what your exercise/stretch is while you are walking around

GAME OBJECTIVE: One individual must get the rest of the group to do the exact same exercise/stretch as them in the quickest time possible. When leader stops talking or music stops playing 1 person is going to have to decide if they are going to do their stretch (Freeze in your spot to perform exercise/stretch - AKA: Stop Walking)As soon as you see someone performing a exercise/stretch you have to mimic it

Next Level: Swap cards with 3 people as fast as possible → Instead of normal walking you must take sharp turns whenever you want to

change direction. Game objective is still the same.
