GROWTH MINDSET FEEDBACK

1. Focus on Effort and Progress: Feedback with a growth mindset places emphasis on the effort and progress made by the individual rather than solely on innate talent or abilities. It recognizes and celebrates the journey of improvement and learning.

2. Specific and Actionable: Feedback is specific and actionable, providing clear guidance on areas where improvement can be made and offering suggestions for further development. It highlights specific actions or behaviors that have contributed to progress or areas where adjustments can be made.

3. Encouragement of Challenges and Mistakes: Feedback with a growth mindset encourages individuals to embrace challenges and view mistakes as opportunities for learning and growth. It fosters a positive attitude towards setbacks, promoting resilience and perseverance in the face of obstacles.

4. Promotion of Learning and Development: Growth mindset feedback is geared towards fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. It encourages individuals to seek out new opportunities for growth, take on challenges outside their comfort zone, and actively engage in the learning process.

5. Supportive and Constructive: Feedback is delivered in a supportive and constructive manner, emphasizing strengths while also providing guidance for improvement. It is framed in a way that motivates and inspires individuals to strive for excellence while feeling supported in their endeavors.
