Conclusion

This is to reeducate us on the appropriate formula for childhood trauma, as it relates to treatment.

We must change our language and approach to mental health by changing the STORY. As opposed to; “this is happening to us”, we should view this journey as “happening for us” and we simply need to put the correct values into the formula.
