Feedback

  • A lot has happened since the programme started in September, but perhaps the most important thing is that I am much more than I think I am. I can fill rooms, streets and cities with myself. wherever I am, I will be a comfort and safety for those around me.
  • I feel inspired, motivated and confident after the experience. I never thought that I would look forward to the next meetings so much, and even if I couldn't attend, I would definitely watch all the recordings. This experience is really valuable to me and brought me a lot of positive emotions.
  • Progresiya helped me in one of the most difficult moments of my life, when, due to my husband's military service, I was in a difficult physical and emotional state, almost despondent and did not clearly understand where to move on. Thanks to Progresiya, I understood myself, my values, beliefs and motives, and what I want from myself and life! Thank you so much!!!!!
  • Being able to support other girls is an important result of participating in the Programme. The professional lecturers and the result of their work - lectures and presentations - is something I plan to return to in the near future.
  • I'm extremely grateful for the perfectly programmed bot, for the meetup with the mentor, and for the cool speakers.
  • I associate participation in the project with putting together a jigsaw puzzle, when each new session, knowledge or meeting added a small fragment to the overall picture. And at first, it may have looked as if the pieces were not connected, but over time, everything becomes clear and interconnected, and in the end, a complete picture with a new meaning emerges.

  • Progresiya is something I didn't want to let go of when circumstances broke all my plans and dreams. For me, it was not only a project where I grew up, but also one where I could take refuge in lectures, meetings with experts, conversations with girls, and learned how to maintain and fill my resources.
  • I have gained a new level of integrity and formed a vision of a new professional identity, for the first time on paper I have formed a clear mission of my professional life, which turned out to be inextricably linked to all other areas, so I can say the mission of my life in general as of now. I have a 2-year development plan with specific indicators. For the first time in my life, I wrote out a specific personal development strategy not for someone else, but for myself.
  • Progresiya reprogrammed my vision of many things, my attitude to myself, my attitude to the reaction of many people. This is the first programme in my life where I did not want to be active, to be the first in everything, to do everything better than everyone else, this is a programme where I wanted to hear, absorb and record. It was the programme where I did the most reflections with my own head. I didn't want to share anything with anyone in the general chat, not because I wasn't interested, but because I was afraid of losing my focus ‘on myself’, of hearing something that would trigger my ‘self-belief’ and simply start destroying my consciousness and what I was ‘collecting’. This programme has changed my own approach to such team communities. It's so cool. It's like I've mentally grown 10 years ahead. I'm happy to have become one of them. I was able to devote all this time exclusively to myself, at least, and at most, to listen to the words and speeches of cool speakers who had both successes and lessons.

What would you recommend adding to the programme that was not in the programme?

  • Firstly, I’d love to see more offline activities. I understand that during the war, with such a wide geography of participants, mentors, and speakers, it’s challenging. However, my ideal vision includes more offline meetings. Secondly, I absolutely loved the format we used while preparing for the final projects—small rooms with 3–5 participants and a facilitator. When the main participants shared their dreams, goals, and successes within “Progresia,” it was incredibly motivating and supportive. It also created a fantastic networking opportunity or simply a space to exchange thoughts. In contrast, during the masterminds with over 50 participants, it was harder for everyone to connect, share their ideas, or seek support. But in smaller groups, I personally found it amazing. It provided a chance to learn more about other participants, their work, what inspires them, and their reasons for joining “Progresiya.” I’d definitely vote for more of this format 💛.

  • I would recommend introducing joint projects between participants as part of “Progresiya” (even during the learning phase). In my opinion, this would strengthen the community and promote experience-sharing. Perhaps brainstorming sessions involving 10–20 participants in groups could be considered, or dividing participants into teams and assigning them a task to develop a collaborative project within the first two months of the program. That said, even without this, “Progresiya” is pure love ❤️. The sheer amount of materials, knowledge, and support is incredible—I am truly inspired, impressed, and grateful!

  • Working in groups on a joint project for a month, guided by a facilitator, provided an opportunity to get to know each other better, unite around a common goal, and practice teamwork skills.
  • I would like to see more reflection meetings. The programme is so valuable and full that sharing experiences would have deepened the experience.
  • Everything was enough, and even more!

What would you recommend adding to the programme that was not in the programme?

  • I absolutely loved the idea of the chatbot where we could see our support team and organize session work with each member. Sometimes, I thought it would be amazing if the chatbot included a journaling option. This feature could allow us to express our thoughts not only about sessions with the support team but also about all activities within the project, share emotions, achievements, and reflections.

This would help us track our progress throughout the project. If, at the end of the week or month, the chatbot could generate analytics based on our entries, it would be even better. We could visualize our growth trajectories and identify gaps to focus on more intensively in the following week or month.

  • The selection of topics was optimal. The only thing that could have been more interesting is human centricity in terms of not only customer support, but also business organisation, or any structures around it. But, on the other hand, the whole programme was built on this principle, i.e. learning through real-life examples and experience) The only thing that could be added is a little bit of interactivity in small groups, like at the masterclasses)
  • A joint meeting at the beginning of the training to unpack the situation)
  • If possible, more physical meetings. I understand that these are the times and that covid/full-scale has had a big impact. But such meetings are super inspiring.
  • Engaging participants in real-world projects where they can apply their knowledge and skills in practice.Including financial management training to help participants manage resources more effectively in their personal and professional lives.Organising exchanges with international organisations to learn best practices and broaden their horizons.

Feedback from Progresiya II participant as a ‘Letter from a successor to a future Progresiya applicant’.

Dear Colleague,

If I could go back to the summer of 2024, I would tell myself: “Don’t hesitate for a second. You are exactly where you’re meant to be.” The “Progresiya” program was not just an educational project for me—it became a source of profound transformation and personal growth.

The most significant realization for me was that having my candidacy recognized by professionals like Iryna Rubis meant more than just meeting the criteria. They saw a leader in me, someone capable of driving change in Ukraine, and this inspired me to move forward.

Working with a mentor and coach helped me face my weaknesses and consciously start working on them. As a result, my communication with my team became more effective, and my leadership more confident.

The program’s community offered a sense of support that’s hard to overestimate. In moments of doubt or difficulty, you always know there are people ready to support you, share their experiences, or simply listen.

One of the biggest breakthroughs for me was discovering my productivity formula during the program. It balances helping others with taking care of my own well-being. This approach has made me happier and more effective.

The program also gave me the opportunity to connect with motivated and intellectual Ukrainian women who proved that, together, we can rebuild Ukraine and create the future we dream of.

If you’re feeling doubt or fear right now, know this: victories, discoveries, and unexpected sources of strength await you. Just take the step—you deserve it.

With warmth and faith in you,

Nataliya Lukianova

Head of the “Mission Ukraine” Charitable Foundation

“Progresiya” came into my life exactly when I needed professional support the most. I didn’t know what kind of support, but I felt it deeply: “Help me.” In the summer of 2024, I was facing two applications. One – to participate in “Progresiya.” The other – to resign voluntarily. I doubted my professionalism and my effectiveness in the new role I had held for only six months.

I told myself: “Okay, one more chance. I’ll try mentorship to rediscover my professional identity.” That’s how I chose the first application.

“Progresiya” became my Apostle, who approached me, gently held my shoulders, turned me toward itself, and quietly but confidently said: “You are enough. Let’s go!”

This experience changed me. It shattered patterns and stereotypes about my strengths and weaknesses, my boundaries, and my ability to remain whole—not by fighting, not by competing.

Some participants boldly declared during the program: “I’m changing jobs.” I grew into my own mantra: “I am in the right place.” I transformed my fears into skills. My work, my service, my calling became filled with new meaning.

“Progresiya” gave me a “lantern” on the dark path—a path to myself, my professional work, and my role in the world. The light of sisterhood gave me the confidence to move forward. Like a quiet star that doesn’t change the nature of the night but gives the strength to keep walking.

It’s the gift of mutual presence, where the silence of shared faith and light replaces words and steps beside you, while also testifying that this path is meaningful.

Dear Future Self,

When was the last time you let yourself pause and look at your life through the lens of your dreams? Not daily responsibilities, not others’ expectations—just your true desires? Progresia is your chance. It won’t “steal your time” or “drain your energy.” Instead, it will bring you more: more support, more confidence, more belief in yourself.

This journey brings together women who feel just like you—who are also searching for answers, strength, and the opportunity to transform their lives. Together, step by step, you’ll reach a place where your doubts will turn into unwavering confidence, and your dreams will become actions.

I won’t ask if you can do it. You can. More than that, you’ll surprise yourself. You’ll find strength within, feel the support around you, and see your life changing for the better.

For me, this journey was a doorway to a new version of myself. I learned to hear my true desires, set goals, and boldly pursue them. This experience gave me the strength to say: “I can.”

Don’t hesitate, don’t doubt. Take the leap! Because this leap will lead you to your new life.

Your future self, who believes in you.

Dear Me,

You’re standing on the brink of an incredible journey, and I want you to know that this step will be one of the most exciting in your life. “Progresiya” will open up new horizons, and you’ll discover what you’re truly capable of. All your doubts are just part of the path—they will fade as soon as you begin moving forward. Here, you’ll find people who will inspire you and become your support system as you grow. It’s here that you’ll realize your ambitions perfectly align with real possibilities.

You will grow and evolve. Each meeting will bring new opportunities for self-discovery and improvement. You’ll broaden your horizons and learn how to find solutions in the most challenging situations while bringing your ideas to life with a confidence you once only dreamed of. You’ll gain not just professional experience but also a newfound understanding of your potential.

Your greatest achievement will be conquering your own doubts. You’ll see that every challenge is a chance to become better, and this experience will stay with you forever. When the program ends, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and ready for new stages of growth. This will be your breakthrough—your true victory. And you will be so glad you made this choice.

With belief in you,

Yourself

Feedback from Progresiya II participant as a ‘Letter from a successor to a future Progresiya applicant’.

When I was just considering the possibility of getting into "Progresiya", I hesitated "am I worthy of this participation?", but today I can unequivocally answer: "if you have come here, then you are on the right track and in the right place. And you are worthy! Worthy to choose yourself, live in accordance with your values, dream and turn your dreams into goals, and translate goals into reality! Change for the benefit of yourself, your family, community, and country!" This program provides unique opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

Each of us has cold inner winters: they throw frost on our dreams, icy chains bind our courage, cool our ardor, roll a big snowball onto our plans, a blizzard stirs up our routine, leaving snowdrifts doubts, fear, anxiety and uncertainty. Don't let this winter last too long! The pattern on the window pane of your opportunities says that it's time to let "Progresiya" into your life, it's time to live brighter, richer, more productive days!

Final thank you remarks: top-5

Progresiya is not just a six-month project, but a project that lays down values and provides opportunities for life. Progresiya is about people, values, the future and development. Development despite difficulties, progress despite war, covid and internal obstacles. If you have doubts about goals, actions or the future, join the "Progresiya". Progresiya is about sisterhood, sincerity, independence and acquaintances, opportunities across borders and happiness.

The project helped me scale my thinking. It is true that everything in life meets on time. Since 2022, a lot of transformations have taken place in my life: both personal and professional. I entered the project already with the understanding of "how I want it to be" and with a large suitcase of my own self-reflections and research. Progresiya helped me put these puzzles into a big picture and work with my own fears thanks to the coach and mentor.
