What is Summer Reading Camp?

  • 5-day day camp intended to help keep kids’ brains engaged in learning during the summer months
  • Started in response to concerns of local teachers
  • Research shows Summer Reading Programs benefit low-income students and they can raise reading test scores.

Step 2 – Plan the activities

    • All crafts, snacks and activities follow this sub-theme
