Arrival / Departure

Campers sign in daily at the Cafeteria Parking Lot at 8:45 A.M.

Sign Out is located at the Main Parking Lot at 3:45 p.m.

All campers must be signed out unless they have a “permission to walk” form.

Campers are not allowed to be on campus before 8:45 A.M.

There is NO supervision in the parking lot before this time.

For camper safety, it is important that no students are dropped off early.

Attendance Policy

  • Your child is expected to be here 5 Days a week
  • Excused absences include other classes, vacations, medical/family emergencies, Medical appointments. They do not include multiple days of just not feeling like it.

The Daily Rundown

The term cabins refers to the CLASSROOM and GROUPS that campers and cabin leaders will be spending most of their summer time with.

Campers will work with others, sharing and learning more about themselves every step of the way.

CABIN TIME will be a time to meet and grow with each other. In addition, there will be week long SCOREBOARD tracking points collected from daily SHOWDOWNs and SPIRIT DAYS.

Workshops are week long themed projects that are based on STEAM learning. Campers will be engaged in hands on learning and dynamic programming exploring concepts that will help them in be successful in the real world.

Campers will have an opportunity to pre-register weekly for their NEW workshops through an online survey. Also, the winning Cabin of our Cabin Competition will get FIRST CHOICE as a reward.

  • Campers are able to use the athletic facilities and fields to spend some time getting their bodies moving!
  • Recreation is 30 min long. Leaders will lead games/activities.
  • ALL campers are expected to participate in activities.
  • We STRETCH together and JOG a lap together each morning. �

Some choices are the Game Room, daily Art activities, Sports. And more.

On Wednesdays campers will be able to create their own clubs to gather campers with the same interests to do something BIG!

We will be going to the CAMPBELL COMMUNITY CENTER Rec Swim 1:30-3:15.

  • Bring a towel
  • Bring a change of clothes
  • We encourage wearing swimsuits under clothes
  • Apply Sunscreen at home

Medication Policy

ALL of the following must be complete BEFORE ANY medication may be administered to a student:

1. Written statement from the student’s authorized health care provider.

2. Written statement from the student’s parent/guardian.

3. Medication in the original, labeled container.

Sunscreen Policy

  • We provide parents the attached form for allergy purposes if their child needs help and they want to store it with us.
  • There will be sunscreen provided for students. If students have allergies please provide them with a personal sunscreen to be held by Crew staff.

Water Policy

  • We have a water cooler available for you to refill. Also, there is a water station near the cafeteria restrooms.

  • Please bring a reusable water bottle and show how much you care for the environment!

Good Vibe Policy

At Crew we strive to use good judgement and make good choices. It’s okay to ask a leader if something is a good idea or not.

  • 1st Time - Warning. Reflection talk with camp counselor.
  • 2nd Time - Referral. Reflection talk with camp counselor. Parents notified.
  • 3rd Time - Suspension. Behavior Contract.
  • 4th Time - Removal from program.
