Brazil Urban Metas

Introduction
I have spent two months playing and researching exclusively Brazil in Geoguessr. I knew Brazil had so much more potential, and I wanted to be the one to discover the new information and see if I could be one of the best at something in the community.
Regarding the document, not all metas, especially in Brazil, can be trusted. However, the vast majority of metas in this document are common, unique, and reliable (as far as I know). This document purposely does not hold every possible meta. There will be metas that I don’t know, and if you think something could be worth adding, message me on Discord. Some of the metas extend to the whole state, known ones are noted. Pole percentages are estimates. The vast majority of information here is new and was found by me alone.
Thanks to Jupaoqq for discussing ideas with me and for making the city streaks map.
