Membership Options

    • Resident Member: Free. Includes access to meetings, committees, and communications.

    • Contributing Member: Requires annual dues. Due by April 30th. Includes all Resident benefits plus the right to vote on association matters and hold a seat on the Board of Directors.

Board Governance & Leadership

    • The Board: 5 to 13 elected Contributing Members who manage the association’s affairs. The number of Board members is dependent on the number of Contributing Members.
    • The Executive Committee: A President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Community Relations Officer elected from the Board to handle day-to-day operations.
    • Term Limits: Board members serve 2-year terms with a maximum of two consecutive terms.

    • Annual Meeting: Held by the 3rd week in

January for elections and budget review.

    • One Vote Per Address: Only Contributing Members can vote

    • Quorum: 10% of Contributing Member households must be present for a vote to be valid

    • No Debt: Association can not borrow money
