大学院三田自治会とは

大学院三田自治会は、三田キャンパス所属の五つの研究科に在籍する、全ての大学院生を会員とする自治組織です。修士課程・博士課程の大学院生の皆さんは、既に自治会の会員となっています。
当自治会は、大学当局との交渉を行いつつ、院生の研究環境の向上や院生相互の学問的交流の促進に向けた活動を行っています。今後もキャレルの増設や研究スペースの拡張といった要望などを、大学院生を代表して大学当局へ伝えていきたいと考えています。
このような当自治会の活動は、慶應義塾大学に所属する一人一人の大学院生の積極的な参加があって初めて成立するものです。今後、院生の皆様には、アンケート等様々な形でのご協力をお願いすることになるかと思いますが、何卒ご理解・ご協力の程をお願い申し上げます。

What is Jichikai?

Jichikai（自治会）is an autonomous organization for students enrolled in 5 graduate schools of Mita campus.
Jichikai aims to improve students’ research environment and promote further academic exchange between students. In so doing, it conducts negotiation with university officials to fulfill such students’ requests as the enhancement of facilities/equipment.
Any activity of Jichikai could not be carried out without active participation of each student. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

共同研究室、給湯室、談話室、自治会室があります。
共同研究室

キャレルと呼ばれる自習机と、ロッカーがあります。前頁の図の色付けされた部分がキャレルです。キャレルは使用者が割り当てられたキャレルと、誰でも自由に使えるフリーキャレルに分かれています。図の青色が男性用、赤色が女性用、緑がフリーキャレル、黄色が自治委員キャレルです。

現在、6階を配布キャレル、7階をフリーキャレルとして運用しております。

６階エレベーター正面にある部屋が談話室です。
共同研究室は食事や会話が厳禁ですので、食事や会話等をされる場合にはこちらをご利用ください。談話室には電子レンジ、裁断機、簡易製本機等がありますので、必要に応じて使っていただければと思います。
お湯を使いたいという場合は、エレベータの後ろにある給湯室をご利用ください。こちらのポットも自由に使っていただいて結構です。

Common room is located in front of an elevator on 6th floor, for having meals or chatting with others that are either banned inside study hall.

Kitchenette is on the 6th floor, for boiling water. Please make sure not to leave your belongings in the Kitchenette.

ご利用の際は三田自治会HP内にある申込フォームよりお申込み下さい。
144C/144D are rooms for group-study, managed by Jichikai.

自治委員への質問を受け付けるチャンネルの他、研究科ごとのチャンネルもございますので、院生同士の親睦を深める用途としてもご利用ください。
We have a slack account of Mita-jichi which anyone can join in.
In addition to a channel for questions to the self-governing committee members, there are also channels for each graduate school, which can be used to promote friendship among graduate students.

自治委員の業務

・定期的かつ臨時的に開催される自治委員総会に出席する

・キャレルやロッカー等、自治会員の研究環境についての意見を交換する

・自治会の業務執行機関である常任委員会によって提出された議題に承認を与える

・その他、キャレル・ロッカー配布や大掃除等、人手を要する作業に随時協力する

→以上全ての業務に積極的に従事した場合、無抽選でのキャレル・ロッカー使用が可能

Duties of Committee members

To attend Committee’s periodic/irregular meetings.
To share opinions on facilities/equipment provided for graduate students.
To approve agendas submitted by a standing committee, an executive body of Jichikai.
To participate in allocating or cleaning carrels/lockers and other works which require man-power.

→For each committee member fulfilling all the above duties, carrel and locker are provided without lottery.

規約の改正について

一昨年度に規約改正を実施。
詳細は『院生生活のしおり』所載の規約集、「令和4年規約改正の詳細」（いずれも自治会HP「院生生活のしおり」の項目に掲載）をご参照ください。
改正のポイントは以下の通り。

　・自治委員研究科代表制の撤廃

・オンラインによる院生集会、自治委員選出を許容

自治委員選出規則

第1条　自治委員は、各研究科の開催する院生集会において選出され、全院生を代表する。

第2条3項院生集会の決議は、出席者の過半数をもっておこなう。

Rules for the Election of Self-Government Committee Members

Ⅰ　The self-governing committee members shall be elected at the graduate student meeting held by each graduate school, and shall represent all graduate students.

Ⅱ(3) Resolutions of the graduate student meeting shall be adopted by a majority of those present.
