PROBLEM STATEMENT

In our society, we have seen many students and scholars are struggling to find some material that can help to improve their study and work that come from the limitation of our education in either in the city or in the rural area.

Since our educational is still limitation all students in all around the countries are not getting enough research, analysis, and also see the reality that related to the subject, especially science subject.

To improve the knowledge to the students by self-study or e-learning system, we have decided to create an application called “ ForumMind Academy ”.

We target this application to the students and lecturer and researcher that are working in our educational system.

0.1 PLANNING

In this section we will present to you about what we have and what we process in our application.

In our application we have 2 sections which are Education section and Forum section.�

In Education section, In our app we have animation, Simulation, and Math Scanner.
In Forum section in our application, it’s similar to the other social media like Facebook, Messenger, and Twitter. However, it’s for Educational purpose.

In this section we talk about what what we need in this application.

After planning we have decided to give each other position to structure our application together. The time of this prototype took us about 2 weeks to procced onto this point. We have made this prototype according to our plan by using Adobe XD. We have 4 people on designing UI and all of app feature and 2 people for judging checking for any further improvement.

We have thought that we will find some cooperator such as MoEYS and other educational community to support our apps in the future.

However, using this application require the users a phone or a computer to access the application. We might face the digital divide after published the app for every student, so, even though for those who does not have any ICT devices they can suggest to their teacher to include the video from our app into their lecture since we already have a plan for cooperating with MEoYS.

The Design Concept of ForumMind Academy inspired from Khmer art, Rounded corners of tabs, and the Main colors are: Blue (code:#4798d6), gray, white and black. So let’s watch the video first of ForumMind Academy.

0.5 MAINTENANCE & UPDATE

We will reward any sponsors and supporters who would like to suggest any improvement and for those who would like to increase the development of our study in the future. For the first offer, we will present from 10-20 GB storage in our app for any support and feedback from any users.

ForumMind Academy have a Maintenance and Update team for fix bug and update app. We have the demo version of app for user testing and feedback to us. And we also have the Community of Open Forum Developer To gather ideas to develop better applications. ForumMind Academy include with ads in forum tab.

0.6 CONCLUSION

In conclusion, our application is focus on improving the education and e-communication in Cambodia. Our app has put the target to every student, scholar, and even lecturer from any level of study by bring them loads of animated educational video and simulation. The further improvement will be brought into the app to make the user-better experience. If our app had many supports and sponsors, we would expand our service to every country in the world.
