مخاوف غريبة�Strange Fears

لا تخف مما أنت عتيد أن تتألم به�Do not Fear any of those Things which you are about to Suffer

لا تخف البتة مما انت عتيد ان تتالم به هوذا ابليس مزمع ان يلقي بعضا منكم في السجن لكي تجربوا و يكون لكم ضيق عشرة ايام كن امينا الى الموت فساعطيك اكليل الحياة. (رؤ 2 : 10)

"Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw [some] of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. (Rev 2 : 10)

1) الخوف من فقدان المكان Fear of losing one’s Position

أنا بكبر�I'm getting old

أنا ماليش لازمة�I am useless

أنا في بيتي مش مهم�I have no importance at home

الخوف من الخدمة الجديدة / الفشل�Fear of new Service/Failure

قد يجعل الخادم يهرب من مسئولياته (يونان)�He might make the Servant escape�his responsibilities (Jonah)

إطمن: المسيح - له المجد - يقولك «أنا محتاج إليك»�Rest assured: Christ – Glory be to Him says, “I need you.”

1) الخوف من فقدان المكان Fear of losing one’s Position

2) الخوف من سيطرة الآخرين أو ظلمهم�Fear of being controlled or Oppressed by others

قد يجعل رد فعلك عنيفاً�It may make you react aggressively

قد تهاجم أو تتحدى بدون داعي�You may attack or challenge unnecessarily

2) الخوف من سيطرة الآخرين أو ظلمهم�Fear of being controlled or oppressed by others

قد تتهم بالقسوة أو الجبروت أو العدوانية�You may be accused of cruelty, arrogance, or aggression

إطمن: المسيح - له المجد -

هو القائد .. وما يسمح به لفائدتك ولن يتركك�Rest assured: Christ - Glory be to Him - is the Leader.. �and what He allows is for your benefit and He will not leave you

3) الخوف من الخطأ (خايف أغلط) Fear of Making a Mistake

قد يجعلك دائم النقد

This may make you Judgmental- Perfectionist

قد يجعلك حرفي�It might make you literal

قد يجعل ضميرك متألم دائماً�May your conscience always hurt

إطمن: المسيح - له المجد - دايماً بيقولك «إنت كويس يا حبيبي»�Rest assured: Christ – Glory be to Him - always tells you,� “You are fine, my belove.”

4) الخوف من فقدان محبة الناس The Fear of losing People's love

قد يجعلك تخنق الناس بحبك Over caring

Over-caring may make you annoy people with your love

قد يجعلك تظلم القريب من أجل البعيدين�It might make you oppress your relatives for the sake of strangers

قد يجعلك تبالغ في إظهار المحبة .. ويصعب عليك نفسك�It may make you exaggerate to show love.. �and you may have self-pity

إطمن: المسيح - له المجد - لن يستغنى عنك�Rest assured: Christ – Glory be to Him - will not forsake you

5) الخوف من فقدان القيمة Fear of losing Value

يجعلك تركز على الإنجازات بدون روحانية�It might make you focus on accomplishments without spirituality

قد يجعلك تدعي إنجازات أو تبالغ في تقديرها بحثاً عن القيمة�It can make you claim or overestimate achievements in search for value

5) الخوف من فقدان القيمة Fear of losing value

قد يجعلك تظلم نفسك ومشاعرك وعلاقاتك�It can make you oppress yourself, �your feelings, and your relationships

إطمن: المسيح - له المجد - يرى قيمتك ويحبك لذاتك�Rest assured: Christ – Glory be to Him - sees your value �and loves you for who you are

6) الخوف من ضياع الهوية (إختفاء التميز)� Fear of losing identity (Disappearance of Talents)

يجعلك تقع في غيرة مرة ومقارنات�It makes you fall in jealousy and comparisons

يجعلك متقلب المزاج ولا تثق في أحد�It makes you moody and you don't trust anyone

6) الخوف من ضياع الهوية (إختفاء التميز)� Fear of losing identity (disappearance of distinction)

يجعلك غير مستمتع بأي خدمة�It makes you not enjoy any service

إطمن: المسيح - له المجد - يراك ويحبك كما أنت .. ولا يقارنك بأحد�Rest assured: Christ – Glory be to Him - sees you �And loves you as you are.. �and does not compare you to anyone

7) الخوف من عدم الكفاية Fear of not being Enough

يجعلك بخيل في مشاعرك وكلامك الحلو�It makes you stingy in your feelings and sweet words

يجعلك تميل للعزلة والهروب أحياناً�It makes you tend to isolate and escape sometimes

يجعلك تميل للتخزين والحرص الزائد�Makes you tend to hold grudges and be over cautous

بيوعدك لن تحتاج أبداً / وهذه كلها تزاد لكم�Rest assured: Christ – Glory be to Him - promises you that you that you will never need / and all of these will be provided to you

8) الخوف من المجهول (أكون غير مستعد للمشاكل أو الظروف أو المستقبل)�Fear of the unknown (being unprepared for problems, �circumstances, or the future)

يجعلك في حالة قلق مستمر�It keeps you in a state of constant anxiety

يجعلك تؤجل قرارات أو تأخذ وقت طويل في الإعداد�It makes you procrastinate decisions or take too long to prepare

8) الخوف من المجهول (أكون غير مستعد للمشاكل أو الظروف أو المستقبل)�Fear of the unknown (being unprepared for problems, �circumstances, or the future)

يجعلك تهاجم مع الشعور بعدم الأمان�Makes you attack with a feeling of insecurity

إطمن: المسيح - له المجد - بيوعد ..

لا تخف لأني معك .. لا تتلفت أنت في أمان�Rest assured: Christ - Glory be to Him - promises.. �do not be afraid because I am with you.. �do not turn away, you are safe

9) الخوف من الألم (الجسدي أو النفسي)�Fear of Pain (Physical or Psychological)

يجعلك مشتت وتلهث وراء السعادة والضحك�It makes you distracted and breathless �for happiness and laughter

قد يجعلك تكسر القواعد (خوفاً من الوجع)�May make you break the rules

(because of the fear of pain)

9) الخوف من الألم (الجسدي أو النفسي)�Fear of pain (physical or psychological)

قد يجعلك عصبي بدون داعي�It might make you nervous unnecessarily

إطمن: المسيح - له المجد - يعتني بك في كل المراحل وإلى النهاية�Rest assured: Christ – Glory be to Him - takes care �of you in all stages of your life and to the end
