It checks for negative values.

BROWSE RECAPS PAGE

Administrator View: Admins can view every recap submitted by each employee
Employee View: Employees can only view recaps that have their name associated with it.
Total time here adds up every total time taken from the database, minus lunch time, then multiplied by the number of employees there are on a recap and displays the result.
These are paginated.

Administrator View: Administrators can view every toolkit, checked out or returned/available. Administrators can also return any checked-out toolkit, as well as edit, delete, and add them from this page.
Employee View: Employees can only view the toolkits they have checked-out. They can also return them from this page.
Results are displayed using pagination.

WEEKLY AND DAILY RECAP REPORTS

The daily recap report counts every recap submitted by each individual employee and totals all record time. The administrator can choose to view a specific date.
The weekly recap performs the same calculations on a weekly basis. It is generated every Monday and reports data from the previous seven days.
