  • 1. Easiest—check County Link (google MN Dept of Human Services County Link)>Fiscal Reporting & Accounting>Allocation Utilization Summaries>MFIP Consolidated. This will list the EA , IMCA/TANF and MFIP Employment totals by total and by quarter (30+ page rpt).
  • 2. Downside is tracking a grant to make sure county is spending their allocation and receiving revenue for expenses.

Double check quarterly State amounts with actual revenue received. EA is state issued therefore the county does not receive that revenue however does track the allocation and Eligibility Worker issued EA .
